Are the products authentic?
Yes, we work directly with brands and authorized distributors to ensure that every item sold on Eclipse Sample Sales is 100% authentic and original.
What is your return policy for sample sale items?
Due to the deep discounts offered, all sample sale purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or price adjustments unless an item is received damaged.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days within the continental US. Please note that during high-volume events, processing times may be slightly extended.
In what condition are the items sold?
Most items are brand new with tags. However, as these are sample sales, some items may have been used for showroom displays or photo shoots. Any significant flaws will be noted in the product description.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer worldwide shipping in the near future.
