Returns & Exchanges

Due to the exclusive nature of our curated sample sales, items are generally final sale; however, eligible returns for store credit must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all designer tags and Eclipse security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to check eligibility and select the items you wish to return for store credit.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of approval.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your Eclipse digital gift card will be issued via email, minus the cost of the return shipping label.
